“Company”, “we”, “us” means Olympus Journeys Private Limited, a destination management company registered in Delhi, India.
“Guest”, “you” means the person booking or travelling.
“Tour” means itinerary, services, transport, hotels, guides arranged by us.
2.1 All bookings are on request until confirmed in writing by us. 100% advance required
2.2 Payment methods: Bank Transfer, UPI, SWIFT or WISE All payments in USD / INR as per invoice. Bank charges to be borne by guest.
2.3 Prices are quoted as per current taxes and fuel prices. If Government increases taxes, monument fees, or GST, we reserve right to revise price.
3.3 Flights, train tickets, and permits: 100% non-refundable as per actual.
3.4 Peak season (20 Dec – 10 Jan) and festival period – No refund for hotels once booked.
3.5 Refunds will be processed within 15 working days, after deducting bank charges and payment gateway fees (3-5%).
4.1 Hotel check-in is 14:00 hrs and check-out is 12:00 noon as per Indian standard.
4.2 We use hotels mentioned in itinerary. If unavailable due to overbooking, we provide similar category hotel and inform you.
4.3 Star ratings in India differ from EU/US standards. We categorize as per star rating by Government of India, location services & guests’ feedback.
5.1 Vehicles are provided as per itinerary and number of persons. AC will not work in hilly areas (Shimla, Ladakh, Sikkim).
5.2 Driver’s food, accommodation is included in your cost. Driver works max 8-10 hrs / 250 km per day as per law.
5.3 Inter-state taxes, tolls, parking are included unless stated otherwise.
6.1 Valid passport with 6 months validity + visa for India is guest’s responsibility. We assist in Bhutan visa whereas visas for India & Srilanka are to be applied for and obtained prior to departure. Nepal visa is available both online & upon arrival in Kathmandu.
6.2 Travel Insurance is MANDATORY. We strongly recommend comprehensive insurance covering medical, cancellation, baggage loss.
6.3 You must inform us of any medical condition, disability, allergies at time of booking.
6.4 Respect local culture – dress code at temples, no smoking at monuments.
7.1 We act as intermediary between you and service providers (hotels, airlines, transport). We are not liable for deficiency in their services, but we will assist you.
7.2 We are not liable for loss, damage, injury, accident, delay due to: natural calamity, political unrest, strike, traffic jam, flight cancellation, weather, or Force Majeure.
7.3 Taj Mahal is closed on Fridays. We will arrange alternative sightseeing. No refund for closure of monuments.
7.4 Wildlife sighting in Ranthambore, Jim Corbett, etc. is not guaranteed. No refund for non-sighting.
If tour is cancelled due to earthquake, flood, pandemic, war, government order – we will not be liable, but will offer date change or credit note after deducting actual costs paid to suppliers. No cash refund in Force Majeure.
Any complaint during tour must be informed immediately to our 24/7 Operations Manager at info@olympusjourneys.com so we can fix it on the spot. Complaints after tour completion cannot be considered for refund.
These terms are governed by laws of India. Any dispute is subject to jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India only. For foreign guests, this is agreed as exclusive jurisdiction.
All photos, itineraries, text on our website are property of Olympus Journeys Private Limited. You may not copy without written permission. Prices on website are indicative and may change until booked.
